An unregistered provider is a business that delivers NDIS supports without formal registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Unregistered providers like Clear Path can legally support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We operate under an active ABN, hold a service agreement with every participant, and follow NDIS Pricing Arrangements. The key difference is that we cannot support NDIA (agency-managed) participants.
Yes, if your NDIS plan includes Core Supports funding and you are self-managed or plan-managed. Our services — including domestic assistance, daily living support, community participation, transport, meal preparation, and companionship — can be funded through Core Supports depending on your plan goals and structure. Contact us and we'll help you understand your options, or speak with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager to confirm.
We provide a range of everyday living supports including domestic assistance (house cleaning and household tasks), daily living support, community participation, transport assistance, meal preparation, laundry and linen support, and companionship and social support. Our goal is to help you live more independently and comfortably at home and in your community.

Yes. All Clear Path team members have completed a National Police Check before starting with us. Our staff are also trained in disability awareness and respectful service delivery, so every participant feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely supported.
Getting started is straightforward. Reach out via phone or our online contact form, and we'll have a friendly, no-obligation conversation about your needs. We'll discuss your goals, preferences, and daily routines, then put together a support plan that works for you. We aim to have support in place quickly and without unnecessary paperwork on your end.
If you are self-managed, you receive NDIS funding directly and pay our invoices yourself, then claim the expense back through the NDIS myplace portal. If you are plan-managed, a registered Plan Manager holds your funding and we invoice them directly — you don't need to handle payments at all. Both options work well with our services and we'll guide you through the process.
No, you don't need a Support Coordinator. You can contact us directly as a self-managed or plan-managed participant. If you do have a Support Coordinator, we are happy to work with them to coordinate your support and ensure everything aligns with your plan goals.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled support. Short-notice cancellations (under 48 hours) may incur a cancellation fee in line with our service agreement and NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We understand that things come up unexpectedly — just give us a call as soon as you can and we'll do our best to be flexible.
Yes. We do our best to match you with a support worker whose personality, communication style, and experience suits your needs. We also aim for consistency so you see familiar faces regularly. If your support worker is unavailable, we'll give you advance notice and introduce any replacement before they visit.
Your satisfaction and wellbeing are our priority. If something isn't right, please contact us directly and we will address your concern promptly. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve. If an issue arises during a service, reach out within 24 hours and we will work with you to make it right.
Yes. We are available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Contact us at any time to arrange support or discuss your schedule.
Absolutely. Your support needs may change and we're here to adapt with you. You can add, remove, or adjust services at any time by speaking with us directly. We'll update your service agreement to reflect any changes and make sure your support continues to match your goals and circumstances.
