Clear Path was established to bridge a gap in practical, participant-focused NDIS support services. We saw that many participants needed more than task-based assistance — they needed providers who understood the importance of dignity, consistency, trust, and genuine human connection.
Our team brings together experienced support workers and service professionals who share a passion for making everyday life easier for NDIS participants and their families. Every service we deliver is built around the participant — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

We support NDIS participants across inner and northern Melbourne who are self-managed or plan-managed. Our services may be funded through Core Supports, depending on your plan and goals.
